deliver exceptional quality laundry while giving our customers back their time. We're looking for a Commercial Laundry Processor who takes pride in producing outstanding work. Position Overview As a Commercial Laundry Processor, you'll handle incoming commercial linens from our client—inspecting, sorting, washing, drying, and pressing each item to a professional, ready-to-ship standard. You'll work overnight as part of a two-person team, coordinating closely with your partner to keep items moving efficiently through inspection, wash, dry, and pressing stages while catching and documenting any damage before it reaches processing. Key Responsibilities Perform incoming inspection on commercial linens, sorting them into loads by material, color, and care requirements. Identify and document any damaged, stained, or defective incoming items before they enter processing. Wash and dry commercial linens according to A+ Laundry and material-specific care standards. Press finished items using a commercial rotary iron to a smooth, wrinkle-free, ready-to-ship finish. Safely lift and handle items weighing up to 20 lbs. Coordinate in real time with your paired teammate to keep inspection, wash, dry, and press stages moving in sync through the shift. Inspect finished items for quality and accuracy before packaging and staging for return. Keep workstations, equipment, and pressing area clean, organized, and safe. Work independently to identify and troubleshoot issues during overnight hours with minimal direct supervision. Maintain accurate counts and shift notes to support weekly volume reporting. Required Qualifications Ability to lift and carry laundry items up to 20 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods. Comfort operating commercial washers, dryers, and a commercial rotary iron/press (training provided). Strong attention to detail, especially when inspecting for damage and sorting by material and care requirements. Reliable self-starter who works well independently and stays productive with minimal supervision during overnight hours. Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment when handling exceptions or unexpected issues on shift. Ability to work in close, coordinated fashion with a paired teammate to keep production flowing. Able to learn new systems quickly (apps, touchscreens, POS). Availability for a consistent overnight shift schedule; flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed is highly valued.
