Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Laundry Attendant and play a vital role in ensuring our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this lively and fast-paced position, you'll be responsible for efficiently handling laundry operations, maintaining cleanliness in designated areas, and supporting the overall hygiene standards of our facility. Duties Operate laundry machines to wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and guest clothing with precision and care Sort laundry items based on fabric type, color, and cleaning requirements to ensure optimal results Perform dry cleaning procedures for delicate or specialized garments following established protocols Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas, including sinks, machines, and storage spaces, adhering to health and safety standards Assist with the collection and delivery of laundry items to designated areas or guest rooms as needed Monitor inventory levels of detergents, cleaning supplies, and laundry chemicals; notify management when supplies need replenishing Follow all safety guidelines related to handling chemicals and operating machinery to ensure a safe working environment Requirements Prior experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of laundry processes, including washing, drying, folding, and dry cleaning techniques Strong attention to detail to ensure linens and garments meet quality standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads comfortably Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and safety protocols related to chemical handling Embark on this energetic role where your efforts directly contribute to guest satisfaction!
