We provide full-service laundry solutions, including self-service laundromat access, wash/dry/fold services, and pickup/delivery. We're looking for a reliable, hard-working team member to join us in a Laundry Attendant and Processor role . Position Summary This role includes both customer service and laundry processing responsibilities . You'll assist customers in-store while also washing, drying, folding, and packaging laundry orders. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and delivering high-quality service.

Schedule Part-time role:

approximately 16 hours per week Typically scheduled 3 days per week (Sunday-Tuesday)

Sundays:

8:00 AM to 2:00

PM Monday, Tuesday:

5:00 PM to 10:00 PM There may be opportunities to pick up additional hours as needed and as the company grows.

What You'll Do Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner Help customers use machines and answer questions Handle transactions and weigh drop-off laundry Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked

Laundry Processing:

Wash, dry, fold, and package customer laundry Follow customer preferences and instructions carefully Maintain quality, speed, and organization Support daily operations and workflow What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Friendly, customer-focused attitude Able to work independently and stay productive Strong attention to detail Comfortable multitasking Basic tech skills (POS/tablets) Customer service experience is a plus Physical Requirements Lift up to 40 lbs Stand and move for extended periods Perform repetitive tasks Why Join Us?
