Job Description

Weekend Laundry Attendant (Saturday and Sunday) starting at 6am. Hyatt House Mall of America - Bloomington, MN Do you take pride in the details? Are you looking for a stable, active role where your work directly impacts the comfort of every guest? The Hyatt House Mall of America is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our housekeeping operations. Behind every great guest stay is a mountain of clean, crisp linens, and we need a reliable professional to ensure our "Service Architecture" remains top-tier.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Systematic Processing:
Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens and towels according to our high-standard SOPs.
Quality Control:
Inspect every piece of linen for stains or damage. You are the final line of defense for our "Quality Assurance" scores!
Inventory Management:
Organize and stock linen closets for our Housekeeping Room Attendants to ensure they have the tools they need for success.
Equipment Care:
Keep the laundry area clean and report any maintenance needs to ensure our facility runs at peak efficiency.
SCHEDULE & HOURS
Full-Time:
30-40 hours per week.
Flexibility:
Great for those looking for morning shifts.

Self-Motivated:
You enjoy working at a steady, fast pace and don't need constant supervision to get the job done right.
Physically Active:
You are comfortable being on your feet, lifting laundry bundles (up to 30-50 lbs), and staying in motion.
Organized:
You appreciate a clean workspace and follow processes to the letter.
Team Player:
You understand that your efficiency helps the entire housekeeping team meet their goals.
