Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Counter Associate to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the friendly face greeting customers, managing garment care services, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations at the front counter. Your enthusiasm and customer service skills will help create a welcoming environment while efficiently handling laundry, dry cleaning, and garment finishing tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hospitality, garment care, and cash handling within a fast-paced, service-oriented setting. Responsibilities Welcome customers warmly and assist with their garment care needs, including laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing services Process cash transactions accurately and handle cash register operations with precision Operate garment pressing machines and garment care equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all areas meet hygiene and safety standards Assist with manual handling of garments, including heavy lifting and sorting of laundry or dry cleaning items Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about services offered and offering tailored garment solutions Ensure proper use of cleaning detergents and maintenance of pressing machines to guarantee quality results Experience Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable Familiarity with garment finishing, pressing, dry cleaning, or laundry services is a strong plus Knowledge of fabric care techniques and garment care machine operation is preferred Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and transaction processing accurately Comfortable working in a clean workspace environment with attention to detail in cleaning and maintenance tasks Strong communication skills to engage positively with customers and team members Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods Join us in delivering exceptional service while honing your skills in garment care, customer interaction, and operational excellence!
