Responsibilities Operate pressing machines and garment care equipment to achieve crisp, wrinkle-free clothing with precision and care Perform garment finishing tasks including pressing, steaming, folding, and hanging to meet quality standards Handle laundry services such as dry cleaning, washing, and fabric treatment to ensure garments are clean and well-maintained Maintain a clean and organized workspace by regularly cleaning equipment and surrounding areas using appropriate detergents and cleaning tools Assist with manual handling of heavy garments or equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Process cash transactions accurately when accepting payments for laundry or pressing services Ensure proper garment care by understanding fabric types, applying appropriate pressing techniques, and following garment care instructions Qualifications Previous experience in hotel laundry services or hospitality industry preferred but not required Knowledge of garment finishing, pressing techniques, dry cleaning, laundry operations, and fabric care is highly desirable Familiarity with pressing machines, garment care machinery operation, and cleaning detergents Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting when necessary Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory or supplies Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality garment presentation Excellent customer service skills to assist clients professionally and courteously This role offers an engaging work environment where your skills directly impact customer satisfaction.
