Responsibilities Operate laundry machines efficiently to wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and guest garments during night shifts Ensure all laundry is processed according to hotel standards, including proper sorting and handling of delicate items such as dry cleaning Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, including cleaning machines and workspaces regularly Monitor laundry equipment for proper functioning and report any maintenance issues promptly Follow safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures to ensure a safe working environment Assist with inventory management by tracking linen supplies and notifying supervisors when stock levels are low Support other housekeeping or hotel operations as needed during night hours to ensure seamless guest service Skills Experience with laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and stain removal techniques Knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment maintenance Familiarity with dry cleaning processes is a plus Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable Strong attention to detail to ensure linens meet quality standards Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively This role offers an engaging environment where your efforts directly contribute to guest satisfaction.
