The Laundry Attendant maintains a constant supply of clean linens for the hotel. Performs all stages of linen processing, including collecting, transporting, sorting, weighing, loading and unloading (washers, dryers and chutes), ironing, folding, storing and delivering. Cleans laundry machinery and laundry area. Adhere to all franchise and company procedures and regulations as well as standard operating procedures. Comply at all times with North Star Lodging Management and Marriott International standards for appearance, service delivery, punctuality and safety at all times. Be at all times attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and all other associates. Deliver exceptional customer service for all guests during their stay. Wash and dry all dirty linens, towels, rags, etc., as directed by management and master the operation of washing machines, dryers, and chemical dispensers. Clean and maintain all equipment as trained. Ensure cleanliness of laundry area, laundry carts, chute rooms and other spaces as needed. Ensure clean supply of all linen is available and delivered to housekeeping closets and other hotel areas. Perform any other duties as requested by management. Benefits for
