As a Dry Cleaning Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality and cleanliness of our services while fostering customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet customers courteously and assist with their clothing and laundry needs Process garments accurately according to cleaning instructions and customer specifications Handle clothing items carefully, ensuring proper tagging, sorting, and tracking throughout the cleaning process Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including cleaning machines and workstations Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining services, and resolving any issues professionally Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Excellent attention to detail to ensure garments are cleaned and handled properly Well-organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic communication skills; ability to follow instructions clearly Prior experience in dry cleaning or laundry services is a plus but not required Reliability and punctuality are essential for success in this role This position offers an opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to quality service and customer satisfaction. Pay:
