Job Overview Responsible for helping to establish a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality, as well as taking care of all laundering needs of the property. Supervisor Title Executive Housekeeper Essential Job Functions  Maintain brand cleanliness standards Meets or exceeds hotel guest satisfaction measures Inspects dirty laundry for stains/tears before washing Washing and drying all linens Identifying and treating stains Folding all clean laundry Completing linen inventory Overall cleanliness of the laundry room Stocking shelves and housekeeping carts with clean, folded linens Additional Responsibilities  Any other duties assigned by Supervisor Qualifications & Requirements  Must have strong attention to detail Able to work in a fast-paced environment Desire to provide exceptional customer service Must be able to work independently Exceedingly organized and efficient with the ability to multitask Will be required to work holidays and weekends Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
