Manage laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and garments. Oversee services, ensuring proper handling and care of items. Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the facility, including guest areas and workspaces. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures. Utilize basic math skills for processing payments and providing change. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and excellent guest experiences. Qualifications Previous experience or background in laundry management is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Experience in laundry or dry cleaning operations is a plus. Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Cashiering experience is advantageous. Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
