Responsibilities Operate garment care machines including pressing machines, dry cleaning equipment, and laundry washers/dryers with precision and safety. Perform garment finishing tasks such as pressing, steaming, and garment finishing to achieve professional quality results. Handle heavy lifting and manual handling of garments and laundry items efficiently while maintaining safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by regularly cleaning work areas, tools, and equipment using appropriate cleaning detergents. Process cash transactions accurately at the cashier station, including processing payments and issuing receipts. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, offering garment care advice, and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered. Follow proper fabric care procedures based on material knowledge to prevent damage and ensure optimal results. Qualifications Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with guest service standards. Knowledge of garment finishing techniques such as pressing, garment care machine operation, and fabric handling. Experience in dry cleaning processes, laundry services, and the use of pressing machines is preferred. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing inventory or supplies. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control in garment care. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities.
