Employee laundry allowance, flexible scheduling, paid training, free parking About Us Spin & Sparkle Laundromat is a clean, friendly, fast-growing laundromat serving Keyport and surrounding towns. We're expanding our wash-and-fold and front-counter services and looking for dependable people who take pride in a tidy, welcoming store. What you'll do Run wash-and-fold orders: receive, tag, weigh, wash, dry, fold, and package to spec Operate the front counter and cash register for regular laundry sales Keep the store spotless: wipe machines, empty lint traps, sweep/mop, bathrooms, trash/recycling Help customers with machine selection, payments, and basic troubleshooting Open/close tasks (count drawer, reconciliation, restock supplies, simple logs) Follow SOPs for quality, safety, and cash handling; escalate issues to the manager What you need 18+ (required for lottery sales) Reliable, on-time, able to work at least one weekend day Friendly, clear communicator; comfortable with cash/credit and basic math Can lift 35 lbs, bend/stoop, and stand for 6-8 hours Basic smartphone skills (texts, photos for order verification) Nice to have Prior laundromat, retail, convenience, or food service experience Wash-and-fold or POS experience (Clover) Bilingual English/Spanish or English (Only) Pay transparency (NJ): This role pays $16.00-$19.00/hr depending on experience, shift, and performance. Tips and an employee laundry allowance are included.
