Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Flex Laundry and Breakfast Attendant, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure our guests enjoy a seamless experience. In this vital role, you will be responsible to work two days as a laundry attendant and 2 days as a breakfast attendant. Your proactive approach and dedication will contribute to a welcoming environment that exceeds guest expectations. Duties Operate garment care machines, including industrial washers, dryers, and dry cleaning equipment, ensuring proper handling of textiles and linens. Perform laundry washing, drying, folding, and sanitation procedures following safety standards and textile care guidelines. Handle laundry materials with care using push carts and manual handling techniques to transport linens and garments efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas and breakfast spaces by adhering to sanitation protocols and safety standards in production environments. Breakfast setup, including replenishing supplies, setting up serving stations, and ensuring food safety compliance. Support customer service efforts by addressing guest inquiries related to laundry services or breakfast offerings promptly and courteously. Follow safety protocol adherence at all times, including proper use of laundry detergents, handling heavy loads safely, and maintaining a clean work environment. Experience Prior experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with laundry services such as textile cleaning, garment care machines operation, or dry cleaning is advantageous. Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards in production or hospitality settings is highly desirable. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including lifting heavy items and operating push carts efficiently. Basic math skills for inventory management and processing laundry quantities accurately. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward guests and team members alike.
