Sort, fold, and organize laundry items according to type, color, and cleaning requirements to maintain order and efficiency. Use appropriate laundry detergents and cleaning agents while adhering to safety standards in production environments. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including push carts, laundry stations, and surrounding spaces to promote sanitation and safety. Follow safety protocols during all procedures, including proper garment care machine operation and textile handling techniques. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely processing of laundry services and addressing any special requests or concerns. Requirements Prior experience or familiarity with cleaning processes, laundry services, or textile cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently as part of daily tasks involving materials handling. Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures in production environments. Basic math skills for measuring detergents, sorting items, and managing inventory. Strong attention to detail for garment care, sorting accuracy, and quality control. Ability to operate laundry equipment such as industrial dryers and garment care machines confidently. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
