Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their garment care needs in a friendly, professional manner Operate pressing machines, garment finishing equipment, and garment care machines with precision and safety Handle laundry services including washing, drying, ironing, and folding garments to meet quality standards Maintain a clean and organized workspace by regularly cleaning workstations, equipment, and surrounding areas using appropriate cleaning detergents Process cash transactions accurately while providing excellent cashiering and cash handling service Assist with heavy lifting tasks such as moving laundry loads or bulky garments safely using manual handling techniques Ensure proper use of cleaning detergents and adhere to safety protocols during all cleaning activities Skills Prior experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable Knowledge of garment care processes including dry cleaning, pressing, fabric care, and laundry services Proficiency in operating pressing machines, garment finishing tools, and garment care machinery Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while lifting heavy loads when necessary Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory or supplies Familiarity with cleaning procedures, workspace maintenance, and the use of cleaning detergents Attention to detail to ensure garments are finished to high standards and workspaces remain tidy Join us in providing outstanding garment care services while creating a positive experience for every guest!
