Duties Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality, presentation, and food safety standards are maintained at all times Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and food processors, adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to ensure freshness and compliance with health regulations Clean and sanitize all laundry equipment and linens regularly, maintaining hygiene standards throughout the facility Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while providing friendly in-person customer service to guests Manage weight handling in the workplace by safely lifting and transporting laundry loads and supplies Support catering or banquet events as needed, including setup, serving, and cleanup to deliver exceptional guest experiences Qualifications Prior experience in food service or hospitality environments, particularly with fine dining or restaurant experience preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety management practices Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while following sanitation protocols Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor for in-person interactions Basic math skills for processing transactions and inventory counts Experience with wine knowledge or beverage service is a plus but not required Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads safely, and perform manual handling tasks reliably Familiarity with catering or banquet experience enhances suitability for this role Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences through excellent food service, meticulous cleanliness, and a lively team environment.
