Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers
• Make beds and change linens as needed
• Launder and fold towels, sheets, and other linens
• Sort and organize laundry items for washing, drying, and ironing
• Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines
• Handle guest requests for additional supplies or services promptly and courteously
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry preferred
• Knowledge of laundering techniques and dry cleaning processes
• Ability to clean efficiently and effectively while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
