The Holiday Inn Express & Suites is looking for a part time Laundry Attendant. Open availability including weekends (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday). Start time is 8:30 am Ending time will vary by day.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides quality services and attends to the needs and requests of each guest in a pleasant and prompt manner. Cleans thoroughly and folds all linens daily. Removes all soiled linens from guest rooms daily. Ensures assigned master key is properly secured, and returns master keys at the end of each day. Maintains and organizes linen storage closet daily. Follows specific oral or written instructions and completes projects as determined by the Executive Housekeeper. Maintains a professional relationship with all coworkers. Removes all laundry from laundry chute throughout day as needed. Separates all sheets before loading them into the washer. Dries duvet blankets on low and watches closely and consistently. Dries pillows and all linens according to labels. Removes tags from bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats. Uses stain remover on linens as needed. Keeps all clean linens organized in linen storage closet. Keeps all damaged linens in blue laundry cart for Executive Housekeeper to inspect. Dusts washers and dryers daily. Removes lint from dryers throughout day as needed. Removes lint from washers daily. Cleans all blue laundry carts daily. Cleans laundry sink daily. Removes all soiled sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and bath mats from guest rooms as instructed. Removes any soiled blankets, mattress pads, and pillows from guest rooms as instructed. Keeps all blankets and pillows off the floor as instructed. Other duties as assigned
