Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant/Breakfast Attendant to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of laundry services while also providing a warm, welcoming breakfast experience for our guests. Your energetic approach and commitment to safety will ensure a smooth operation, creating a positive environment for both guests and colleagues. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to guest satisfaction through exceptional service and meticulous attention to hygiene standards. Responsibilities Operate laundry machines, including garment care machines and industrial dryers, ensuring proper handling of textiles and linens. Perform laundry washing, drying, folding, and ironing while adhering to safety standards in production and textile cleaning protocols. Handle laundry materials safely, including detergents and cleaning agents, following all sanitation guidelines. Use push carts and other equipment for heavy lifting and materials handling to transport linens, towels, and other items efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas by following sanitation procedures and safety protocol adherence at all times. Prepare and serve breakfast items in a friendly manner, ensuring food safety standards are met. Assist with setup, replenishment, and cleanup of breakfast buffet stations while providing excellent customer service to guests. Requirements Prior experience in cleaning, laundry services, or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with proper safety techniques. Basic math skills for measuring detergents and managing inventory levels accurately. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including proper use of laundry detergents and cleaning agents. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members. Ability to operate garment care machines, industrial dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently. Commitment to maintaining high sanitation standards through proper cleaning practices and adherence to safety protocols.
