Duties and Responsibilities Separate, wash, dry, iron and fold of all hotel, spa, restaurant, and banquet towels and linens. Responsible for assisting with linen inventory. Assist guests with linen exchanges and questions. Must maintain high standards of linen cleanliness and laundry room maintenance. Must be able to work independently and follow instructions regarding priorities of tasks or functions. Ability to follow through with established cleaning techniques, products and equipment. Keep floors clean and free of potential safety hazards. Warm, friendly and approachable demeanor with a strong desire to be a team player. Job Skills/Requirements/Qualifications Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays. Ability to effectively communicate with all team members. An enthusiastic, positive demeanor and desire to provide exceptional guest service. Pre-Employment Background Check Working conditions/Physical Requirements Frequently lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to endure prolonged standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending and kneeling.
