Full Job Description Laundry Attendant Duties:

Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry according to hotel standards
Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including washers and dryers
Inspect linens for stains, tears, or damage and report any issues to the supervisor
Ensure proper handling and storage of clean linens
Assist with inventory management by keeping track of linen supplies and reporting any shortages or excesses
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to guest requests or inquiries related to laundry services

Skills:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
Strong attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
