Full Job Description Laundry Attendant Duties:
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry according to hotel standards
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including washers and dryers
- Inspect linens for stains, tears, or damage and report any issues to the supervisor
- Ensure proper handling and storage of clean linens
- Assist with inventory management by keeping track of linen supplies and reporting any shortages or excesses
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to guest requests or inquiries related to laundry services
Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
