Weekends Required Job Summary Holiday Inn Express & Suites is looking for a dependable and hardworking Laundry Attendant to join our housekeeping team. The Laundry Attendant is responsible for washing, drying, folding, and organizing hotel linens and towels while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient laundry area. This position plays an important role in ensuring our guests receive clean, fresh linens that meet our brand standards. Responsibilities Operate commercial washers, dryers, and folding equipment. Wash, dry, fold, and organize towels, sheets, pillowcases, and other hotel linens. Inspect linens for stains, damage, or wear and remove items that do not meet quality standards. Sort laundry by type, color, and washing requirements. Keep the laundry room clean, organized, and stocked with supplies. Deliver clean linens to housekeeping storage areas as needed. Follow all safety procedures and proper chemical handling guidelines. Assist the housekeeping department with additional duties when needed. Maintain a positive attitude and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Previous laundry or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate. Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and work on your feet throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Weekend availability is required. Holiday availability is preferred.
