As a Housekeeper, you'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across various spaces, ensuring every area is pristine, comfortable, and inviting. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential spaces, or commercial areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently. Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing to preserve a polished appearance. Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure readiness for ongoing needs. Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing special attention or maintenance issues requiring escalation. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest or resident requests with professionalism and friendliness. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments.. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and effective communication skills. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks involving bending and lifting.
