Fridays 2:30pm

•8:30pm and Saturdays 7:00am

•3:30pm

JOB SUMMARY

Maintains oversight of the housekeeping and laundry departments. Assures optimal use of available staff. Thoroughly monitors the physical plant to assure a clean and safe environment. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for collecting personal laundry from designated resident rooms in the facility and carry out laundry duties in Health & Wellness. Maintains inventory of linen shelves and receive weekly linen deliveries. Must stack shelves, stock linen carts and deliver to Health & Wellness clean linen rooms. Launders and maintains linen in spa and therapy. Keeps laundry rooms, storerooms and all clean linen rooms clean & sanitary. Assists Health & Wellness housekeepers with daily housekeeping duties. Has the responsibility for keeping all areas to include common spaces clean & sanitary. Perform any additional duties as assigned to support departmental operations and resident satisfaction. •entry level position. Preferred High school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in laundry duties in a professional setting. Experience in a Continuing Care and Retirement Community (CCRC) or Healthcare setting is highly desirable.
