What You'll Do Provide friendly, helpful customer service. Build positive relationships with regular customers. Collect, sort, and fold clothing. Follow established laundry procedures and clothing-handling guidelines. Keep the laundromat clean, organized, and welcoming. Perform light cleaning and maintenance of laundry equipment. Answer customer questions and assist with laundry services and equipment. Collect payments for services. Work independently while being a positive member of the team. Treat every customer with courtesy and respect. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers. Dependable and responsible. Hardworking and takes pride in doing a good job. Able to work independently without constant supervision. Comfortable staying productive during slower periods and handling busier periods when the store gets busy. Willing to learn and interested in opportunities to grow. No previous laundromat experience is required. We will train the right person. Schedule This is a part-time position with both weekday and weekend shifts . Flexibility and reliability are important.
