Duties Perform eyelash extension applications, brow shaping, tinting, and grooming with precision and artistry Deliver complementary aesthetic treatments such as dermal fillers, chemical peels, or botulinum toxin injections when qualified Maintain impeccable sanitation standards for all tools and treatment areas to ensure client safety Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and recommend suitable services or products Manage appointment scheduling using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring smooth client flow Promote retail sales of beauty products and skincare lines through effective upselling techniques Engage with clients via social media management to showcase work, promote specials, and build a loyal community Requirements Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a lash artist or esthetician with a strong portfolio of eyelash extensions and brow services Certification or licensing in cosmetology, esthetician practices, or nursing with additional training in injection administration or dermal fillers preferred Knowledge of advanced aesthetic treatments including hair threading, body waxing, dermabrasion, and laser procedures such as esthetic laser treatment Familiarity with salon management software like Millennium or
