Achieving and exceeding sales goals across various retail locations. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through follow-ups and exceptional service. Supporting store events and brand activations to enhance brand awareness. Staying current on Trish McEvoy products and artistry techniques to provide the best service to clients Qualifications Proven experience as a Make-up Artist with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse looks. Knowledge of color theory and advanced makeup application techniques. Excellent communication skills to effectively understand client needs and provide personalized recommendations. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Familiarity with sanitation standards for beauty tools and products. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic photography skills are a plus for capturing before-and-after images or promotional content. Certification in cosmetology or related beauty fields is preferred but not mandatory.
