Job Summary As a Lash and Brow Artist, you'll create polished, personalized looks through eyelash extensions, brow services, and related aesthetic treatments. You'll consult with clients, recommend suitable services, and maintain a clean, welcoming salon environment.

Thoughtful consultations and careful service help clients feel confident and informed about their beauty choices. Responsibilities Perform eyelash extensions, hair threading, body waxing, makeup application, and other services within your training and scope of practice. Discuss client preferences, explain service options, and provide clear aftercare guidance. Follow sanitation procedures and maintain organized tools and work areas. Support front desk and guest services, manage appointments using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, and assist with retail sales, product demos, and social media management. Contribute to salon operations through customer service, hospitality, sales, and appropriate upselling.

Skills Essential:

Experience working in the beauty industry; strong client communication, customer service, and communication skills; knowledge of sanitation; and skill in eyelash extensions and brow services.

Preferred:

Cosmetology, nursing, or other relevant training, plus experience with management, salon software, or front desk duties. Additional relevant experience may include hair styling, hair extensions, nail care, color theory, barbering, straight razor techniques, tattooing, chemical peels, dermabrasion, deep tissue massage, injection administration, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatment, or esthetic laser treatment. Perform regulated services only when properly qualified and authorized.
