Whether working on bridal parties, special events, or editorial shoots, your artistry will help clients look and feel their absolute best. Duties Perform professional makeup applications including bridal, special event, character, and editorial looks using various techniques such as contouring, highlighting, and prosthetic effects Style hair for special occasions, including updos, blowouts, and hair threading to complement makeup looks Apply eyelash extensions and execute body waxing or dermabrasion treatments as needed to achieve flawless results Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene by properly cleaning tools and workspaces in accordance with industry regulations Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision, offer expert advice on color coordination and makeup styles, and ensure satisfaction Manage time efficiently to accommodate multiple appointments without compromising quality or client experience Upsell additional services such as skincare treatments or beauty products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth Experience Proven experience in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse makeup styles including bridal, character, and special effects makeup Skilled in hair styling techniques suitable for various occasions and character portrayals Knowledge of color theory for effective makeup application and product selection Familiarity with eyelash extensions, body waxing, prosthetic effects, dermabrasion, and other advanced beauty treatments Excellent communication skills to connect with clients professionally and confidently recommend suitable looks or products Ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently through strong time management skills Experience in photography or working with photographers is a plus for capturing high-quality images of your work This role is ideal for passionate beauty professionals eager to express their creativity while providing exceptional service.
