Full Job Description Pay:

$200

•500 per day (50% commission on service sales, plus tips). W2 employee position (x2). About the Opportunity Our Newport Beach lash artist is relocating overseas, and her loyal, established clientele needs someone great to take over. This is not a "build your clientele from zero" job. You step into a book of regulars who already rebook with us, with a schedule that starts full and grows from there. We also are growing so we are interviewing to fill 2 artist positions. Why Eye Candy Clients from day one. We transition the departing artist's regulars directly to you. We handle the business side. Our front desk handles booking, confirmations, reminders, and payment, so your time goes into lashing, not your DMs. All lash supplies and products provided. W2 employment. Not a chair rental. No rent, no supply costs. Built-in referrals. We're a medspa, so our injectable and laser clients are your potential lash clients. Room to grow. Three locations (Newport Beach, Buena Park, Lakewood), with more days available as your book grows. A polished Westcliff Drive studio with an upscale Newport clientele. What You'll Do Classic, hybrid, volume, and mega volume sets and fills Lash lifts and tints (a plus) Consult on eye shape and lash health, and set each client's refill schedule Keep your book rebooked; retention drives your income Follow California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology sanitation standards and keep client records current Schedule Saturday OR Sunday required (both preferred).

Studio hours:

Saturday 10am-7pm, Sunday 10am-6pm. Weekday flexibility depending on weekend availability. Requirements Current California esthetician or cosmetology license 2+ years of professional lash extension experience Confident with classic, hybrid, and volume work, including handmade fans Reliable, punctual, and focused on keeping clients How to Apply Submit your resume along with 3-5 photos of your recent sets.
