The ideal candidate will have a strong background in makeup application and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while enhancing the beauty of our clients through various makeup techniques. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that each client leaves feeling confident and satisfied. Duties Perform professional makeup application for clients, ensuring high standards of quality and artistry. Provide consultations to understand clients' needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and workstations in accordance with industry standards. Assist with retail sales by promoting products and upselling services to enhance client experiences. Offer additional services such as body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, nail care, and product demos when applicable. Deliver outstanding guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client inquiries. Collaborate with front desk staff to manage appointments and ensure smooth operations within the studio. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations. Requirements Proven experience as a Makeup Artist or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Knowledge of sanitation practices related to makeup application and beauty services. Experience in retail sales is preferred, with a focus on upselling products and services. Additional skills in body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, or nail care are highly desirable.
