This role is essential in ensuring smooth scheduling, client communication, and maintenance of our studio facilities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent management skills, a passion for the beauty and wellness industry, and a proactive approach to client service. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for clients and supporting the overall success of our studio operations. Duties Oversee the rental process for studio spaces, including booking, scheduling, and confirming appointments with clients. Maintain detailed records of studio usage, client information, and rental agreements using salon management software such as Millennium or similar platforms. Coordinate with clients to understand their needs for aesthetic treatments like botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and other beauty services. Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients, answering inquiries via phone or social media management tools, and providing exceptional customer service. Ensure all studio areas adhere to sanitation standards and safety protocols, including proper sterilization of equipment used in hair threading, eyelash extensions, chemical peels, and other treatments. Collaborate with practitioners to schedule appointments efficiently while upselling retail products and promoting new services or product demos. Handle retail sales transactions confidently while maintaining excellent client communication and fostering repeat business. Support marketing efforts by managing social media accounts and promoting studio offerings to attract new clients. Skills Strong management skills with experience overseeing salon or studio operations. Proficiency in salon software such as Millennium or

Knowledge of aesthetic treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, laser therapy, chemical peels, dermabrasion, body waxing, deep tissue massage, and tattooing procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Experience working in the beauty industry with familiarity in hair styling, hair extensions, nail care, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and barbering techniques. Ability to handle injection administration procedures safely and confidently. Strong sanitation practices ensuring compliance with health regulations across all treatments performed in the studio. Skilled in social media management to promote services and engage with clients online. Retail sales expertise with a focus on upselling products such as skincare lines or beauty tools during client visits. Effective communication skills combined with a hospitality mindset to create an inviting environment for guests and clients alike.
