Duties Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety, sanitation, and client satisfaction at all times Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and workspaces following industry protocols. ensuring space is clean so next artist can have it as their own is impottant. Your clients are your clients. We have clients that we may ask to put with you. Those we take 50% We take a low membership fee + 7% commission for utilities, disposable products, Spotify / technology, Fresha client booking and customer support. Strong management skills to handle client schedules and retail sales effectively Knowledge of social media management for marketing services and building your personal brand online if you want to take a half step between being an employee and being your own boss but don't want to pay for the entire up front costs, this is the perfect arrangement for you!

•Pay was based on estimate $200/2hr ($50 you, $50 us per hour) ONLY if we generated the client for you. Otherwise you keep what you make less membership and 7%. Membership's range depending on time needed. Flexible arrangements available.
