We are opening our second location in a few months, and are looking for more talented Brow Artists to join the team! The ideal candidate is a skilled professional with an eye for detail and a deep understanding of brow techniques. As a Brow Artist, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their dream brows and enhance their natural beauty. If you're as obsessed with brows as we are - let's talk!

Responsibilities:

Brow services : Perform brow services including waxing, tinting, and lamination. Lash services : Provide lash tinting and lifting services.

Consultations :

Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their brow preferences, concerns, and desired outcomes. Provide expert advice on brow services and styles that complement the client's features. Client education : Educate clients on brow care and give them personalized brow goals. Address client concerns and questions professionally and efficiently. Customer service : Greet guests and welcome them to Two of a Kind, manage client flow, and make all clients feel at home. Administrative tasks : Keep detailed notes on clients' brow preferences and help take care of clients as needed. Sanitation and safety : Maintain a clean workspace and abide by health standards.

Qualifications:

California-licensed cosmetologist or esthetician 3+ years of brow waxing + styling experience Trained in brow tinting and lamination Lash lift + tinting experience Excellent communication skills Natural relationship-builder A passion for transforming brows Proven success in building and maintaining loyal clientele Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage appointments Strong knowledge of brow shaping techniques and trends Treat clients like friends and always make sure they leave happy A team player who helps their team and looks after the studio If you're a talented Brow Artist who's looking for your next career move, we would love to hear from you. Join the team and help build the future of brow care. For compensation, our Brow Artists get an hourly rate, plus tips, plus commission on every service and product sold. With this structure, our Brow Artists make $45-50/hour. Please note that Two of a Kind offers an exclusive partnership model, where services are provided only at our studio. Team members can not offer brow or any other beauty services at other locations.
