If you are passionate about enhancing natural beauty and providing exceptional lash services in a professional and welcoming environment, we would love to meet you! Responsibilities Perform high-quality eyelash-extension services, including Classic, Hybrid, and Volume sets. Provide lash lifts, lash tints, and other related eye-area treatments. Conduct thorough client consultations to determine the most suitable lash style while protecting the health of the client's natural lashes and eyes. Educate clients about proper lash care and provide professional aftercare instructions. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation in accordance with all health and safety regulations. Stay current with the latest lash trends, application techniques, products, and safety standards. Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients. Help maintain a professional, positive, and team-oriented salon environment.

Qualifications License:

Must hold a valid Connecticut Eyelash Technician or Esthetician license.

Experience:

A minimum of one to two years of professional eyelash-extension experience is required.

Technical Skills:

Must have excellent hand-eye coordination, precision, and attention to detail.

Customer Service:

Must be friendly, professional, and able to build strong relationships with clients.

Reliability:

Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a professional work environment.

Availability:
