Wairua is a facial spa and clean beauty studio in Miami Beach. We offer personalized facials, lash and brow services, and a curated selection of clean skincare, with a focus on educating our community on what they put on their skin. We are looking for a skilled Lash & Brow Specialist to join our Miami Beach team on a part-time basis. This is a technical role focused entirely on performing services. Front desk, check-in and retail sales are handled by our client experience team, so your time is dedicated to your clients and your craft.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• You must be able to perform ALL of the following services independently and to a high standard:
• Lash lift & tint
• Brow shaping (threading experience strongly preferred)
• Brow lamination
• Brow classic tint
• Brow henna tint If you do not currently perform all five services, please do not apply.

Your portfolio or Instagram must show examples of this work.

Schedule:

• Tuesday, Friday and Saturday
• 6 to 8 hours per day (approximately 18 to 24 hours per week)
• Set weekly schedule

Compensation:

• $15.00 per hour base pay
• 10% commission on every service you perform
• 100% of your tips
• Employee discount on products and services What you will do:
• Perform the lash and brow services listed above with precision and attention to detail
• Conduct a brief consultation before each service to understand the client's goals and assess suitability
• Advise clients on aftercare for their lash and brow services
• Keep your station clean, sanitized and organized according to Florida Board of Cosmetology standards
• Manage your appointment times to stay on schedule throughout the day
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to maintain a calm, welcoming environment

Requirements:

• Active Florida Cosmetology or Facial Specialist license (required)
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience performing lash and brow services (required)
• Portfolio or Instagram showing your lash and brow work (required with application)
• Reliability, punctuality and a professional presence
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
