iLashHer® | Austell, Georgia iLashHer® is growing and entering a new, elevated chapter. We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Lash Artist who is dependable, professional, trustworthy, and confident working independently. We are not simply looking for someone who can apply lashes. We are looking for a beauty professional who understands retention, styling, sanitation, client care, time management, and the importance of consistently representing a luxury beauty brand. The ideal candidate takes initiative, follows established salon standards, communicates professionally, and does not need to be micromanaged. You should be able to manage your schedule, prepare for clients, maintain your station, document your work, and provide an excellent experience from consultation through aftercare.

Classic lash extensions Hybrid lash extensions Volume lash extensions 2D, 3D, and 5D lash sets Mega-volume lash extensions Lash fills and removals Lash lifts and tints Customized lash styling and consultations
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A valid Georgia esthetics or cosmetology license Professional lash-extension experience Strong isolation, placement, styling, and retention skills The ability to perform clean, consistent lash sets within appropriate service times Knowledge of lash health, sanitation, and proper aftercare A polished and professional appearance Dependability, punctuality, and consistent attendance Strong communication and customer-service skills The ability to work independently without constant supervision Someone who follows directions, policies, and service standards A clean and organized work style Positive, mature, and team-oriented energy Someone who accepts feedback and is committed to continued growth Consistent Sunday availability; Saturday scheduling may be discussed A genuine desire to grow with iLashHer® and contribute to our new direction
