• Perform professional eyelash extension applications, fills, and removals
• Offer classic, hybrid, volume, and other lash services based on training and experience
• Conduct consultations to determine clients' desired lash styles
• Educate clients on proper lash care and maintenance
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace
• Follow all applicable sanitation, safety, and licensing regulations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products
• Work collaboratively with other beauty professionals Qualifications
• Lash extension certification required
• Must hold any applicable Georgia professional license required to perform lash services
• Knowledge of proper lash application, isolation, and sanitation techniques
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Passion for the beauty industry
• Willingness to learn, grow, and build a loyal clientele Experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider newly certified technicians who demonstrate talent, professionalism, and a strong desire to succeed!
