This multifaceted role combines expert application of makeup, eyelash extensions, brow shaping, and aesthetic treatments with creative content creation to showcase our services and elevate our brand presence. Ideal candidates will possess a passion for beauty, exceptional customer service skills, and a flair for social media management. You will play a vital role in delivering outstanding client experiences while contributing to our vibrant community of beauty enthusiasts. This is not a paid position it is a space for rent that offers opportunities to service clients in a professional environment, skill development, and creative expression with 24/7 access to your station. Duties Perform professional makeup applications for clients, photo shoots, and special events, ensuring personalized looks that highlight individual features. Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, maintaining high standards of sanitation and client safety. Shape and groom eyebrows using techniques such as waxing, threading, or tweezing to achieve desired styles. Create engaging content for social media platforms by capturing high-quality photos and videos of services, tutorials, and client transformations. Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and growing our online community through strategic engagement. Conduct product demos and educate clients on skincare lines, makeup products, and aesthetic treatments to enhance client satisfaction and sales. Maintain thorough sanitation standards across all treatment areas and tools in accordance with industry regulations. Reception onsite periodically for guest services including check-ins and providing a welcoming environment. Qualifications Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a makeup artist, lash tech, brow tech or content creator with a strong portfolio showcasing your work (preferred). Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients about products and treatments effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters repeat business and positive reviews. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Skills in social media management including content creation strategies that align with brand goals. Knowledge of color theory for makeup application as well as current beauty trends to inspire innovative looks.
