Promote retail products related to lash and brow care through effective upselling and product demos Requirements Proven experience working as a Lash and Brow Artist or in a similar beauty industry role Certification or training in eyelash extensions, eyebrow shaping, or related aesthetic treatments Knowledge of sanitation practices, including sterilization of tools and equipment Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide personalized recommendations Ability to perform diverse beauty services such as hair threading, makeup application, or chemical peels is a plus Familiarity with salon management software like Millennium or
