Duties Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for each client Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in accordance with industry regulations and best practices Manage client consultations to understand their beauty goals and recommend suitable services or products Utilize salon software like Acuity and SquareUp for scheduling appointments, client records, and retail sales tracking Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, showcase work, and build lasting relationships Assist with front desk duties including guest services, product demos, and retail sales to maximize client satisfaction and revenue Qualifications Experience or ambitions working in the beauty industry, particularly with eyelash extensions and aesthetic treatments Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients and team members Certification or experience in eyelash extension application and removal is a plus Ability to perform sanitation procedures meticulously and adhere to health regulations Experience with social media management for marketing purposes is advantageous Being a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist is helpful for the applicant, but not required. Our field will soon be mandated by law to have a eyelash application license, which will be the responsibility of the employee to get.
