In this role, you will be the face of our tanning salon, providing exceptional customer service while guiding clients through their tanning journeys. Your enthusiasm for beauty and wellness, combined with your knowledge of tanning techniques and products, will help clients achieve their desired glow safely and confidently. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assess their tanning needs to recommend appropriate services and products. Operate various tanning equipment including UV tanning beds, spray tan booths, airbrush systems, and red light therapy devices to deliver safe and effective treatments. Apply tanning solutions such as dihydroxyacetone (DHA), erythrulose, tyrosine products, walnut extract, and henna with precision to ensure a natural-looking tan. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment, including spray tan booths, UV beds, airbrush systems, and treatment areas to uphold health standards. Educate clients on proper skincare before and after tanning sessions, emphasizing safety protocols and product usage. Process cash transactions accurately while upselling additional services or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client preferences, and product inventory management. Skills Proven experience working in the beauty or wellness industry, particularly in salons or skincare settings. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients. Knowledge of various tanning techniques including spray tanning, UV bed operation, airbrush application, and red light therapy device operation. Familiarity with applying DHA, erythrulose, tyrosine products, walnut extract, and henna for safe tanning results. Ability to operate sanitation protocols diligently to ensure a clean environment for clients' safety. Experience processing cash transactions accurately while demonstrating sales aptitude through upselling techniques. Pay:
