We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating natural, customized results and providing clients with an elevated, professional experience from consultation through aftercare. An existing or growing clientele is highly preferred , and we would especially love someone who is confident using social media to showcase their work, educate clients, and continue growing their personal brand. Responsibilities Perform professional permanent makeup services based on training, certification, and experience Provide detailed consultations and help clients choose the most appropriate shape, color, and treatment plan Perform services such as powder brows, ombré brows, microblading, combination brows, lip blush, eyeliner, or other approved permanent makeup services within your scope of practice Provide touch-up and maintenance appointments Educate clients on pre-care, aftercare, healing expectations, and long-term maintenance Maintain detailed client records, consent forms, and treatment documentation Follow all sanitation, infection-control, licensing, and safety requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space Take high-quality before-and-after photos of your work Build strong client relationships and encourage rebooking and referrals Participate in Luxe Living promotions, events, collaborations, and team initiatives Create and participate in social media content, including Reels, Stories, educational content, before-and-afters, and service highlights Help promote your services while contributing to the overall growth of Luxe Living Our Ideal Candidate We would love to meet someone who: Holds all required Missouri licensing, certifications, and permanent makeup training Has professional permanent makeup experience and a strong portfolio Has an existing or growing clientele — highly preferred Has excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for symmetry, color, and facial features Is confident conducting consultations and setting realistic client expectations Prioritizes safety, sanitation, professionalism, and natural-looking results Is dependable, organized, friendly, and professional Provides an exceptional client experience Understands the importance of client retention, referrals, and reputation Is active and comfortable on social media and willing to create regular content Enjoys networking, collaborating, and participating in events Is motivated to continue growing their skills, clientele, and personal brand Works well independently while also being part of a supportive team Why Join Luxe Living?
