Key Responsibilities:

Lash Extension Application:

Perform precise lash extension services, including classic, volume, and hybrid lash sets, tailored to each client's desired look while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Consultation:

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their preferences, assess their natural lashes, and recommend appropriate lash styles and lengths.

Customization:

Customize lash extensions based on the client's eye shape, desired outcome, and overall aesthetics, ensuring a comfortable and natural feel.

Customer Service:

Deliver an exceptional customer service experience, building strong client relationships through effective communication, professionalism, and a welcoming demeanor.

Sanitation and Safety:

Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring the health and well-being of both clients and staff.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on the latest lash extension techniques, products, and trends in the beauty industry to provide clients with the best options and recommendations.

Time Management:

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Lash Technician, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
