Duties Perform eyelash extension applications, brow shaping, tinting, and grooming with precision and care. Deliver a wide range of aesthetic treatments such as dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and laser treatments in accordance with safety standards. Provide professional consultation to clients about suitable services, product recommendations, and aftercare instructions. Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff. Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring smooth scheduling and client flow. Engage with clients through personalized communication, upselling retail products, and promoting new services via social media management efforts. Assist with front desk responsibilities including guest services, product demos, retail sales, and handling inquiries with excellent customer service skills. Requirements Proven experience working in the beauty industry with skills in eyelash extensions, eyebrow shaping, and esthetic treatments. Certification or licensing in cosmetology, esthetics, nursing, or related fields such as tattooing or barbering is preferred. Knowledge of advanced aesthetic procedures including dermal fillers, Botox (botulinum toxin), chemical peels, laser treatments, and body waxing. Strong management skills with experience using salon management software like Millennium or

MINDBODY

for scheduling and client records. Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients about their desired results and treatment options. Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety protocols at all times. Familiarity with social media management for marketing purposes is a plus. A passion for continuous learning about new trends in lash artistry, brow design, hair styling, makeup application, nail care, and other beauty services.
