In this role, you will be primarily delivering lash services such as lash extensions and a bonus if you are able to work on natural lashes to perform lash lifts. Your knowledge in esthetic procedures, combined with excellent customer service skills, will create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. We are open to either booth rent or commission + tips. Duties Perform eyelash extension services and natural eyelash services such as lash lifts and lash tint. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aesthetic options tailored to their individual needs. Maintain accurate medical records and client information using electronic medical record (EMR) systems while ensuring confidentiality. Follow infection control protocols diligently during all procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure client safety. Promote retail sales of make up and skincare products and aesthetic treatments by effectively communicating benefits and building rapport with clients. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Certified Esthetician. Experience in performing esthetic treatments including eyelash extensions, body waxing, and advanced brow services. Knowledge of color theory, anatomy relevant to skin and facial structures, and infection control practices. Familiarity with safety regulations, sanitation standards, and client communication best practices. Strong customer service skills with the ability to educate clients clearly about treatment options and aftercare. Ability to operate booking systems efficiently for managing client records and treatment documentation. We are open to considering booth rent or commission + tips. A minimum of 6 months of employment with a 30 day training period. After 12 months of successful employment and met expectations, we may consider changing your contract to either booth rent or commission based income.
