We're looking for a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist who is motivated, energetic, coachable, and ready to grow in an upscale luxury environment. Experience with every service we offer is not required. Training is provided. You'll have the opportunity to learn and perform services including: Scalp analysis Head spa treatments Massage techniques Facials Blow outs This is a commission-only position, so your earning potential is directly connected to the work you put into building your clientele, retaining guests, increasing sales, and continuing to grow your skills. Depending on retention and sales, annual earnings can range from approximately $30,000-$60,000. We're looking for someone who: Is a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist Has a genuine desire to learn all of the services we offer Is open to coaching, feedback, and continued training Brings high energy and a positive attitude to work Is willing and able to expand their skills, including learning additional lash styles and techniques Understands the importance of client retention and building sales Helps gather branding and marketing content from clients, including photos and videos of their work Keeps their workspace clean, organized, and professional Takes accountability for their performance and growth Plenty of people believe they have what it takes until the work, consistency, and accountability are required...Not everyone is willing to do the work.
