RESPONSIBILITIES

• Apply and remove eyelash extensions with safety and precision
• Perform lash/brow tinting, lifts, threading, and lash perms
• Maintain thorough service notes and before/after photos for each guest (a must!)
• Deliver 5-star client experiences with every visit
• Adhere to salon procedures, brand standards, and hygiene protocols
• Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Licensed Cosmetologist or Esthetician in Oklahoma (required)
• Detail-oriented and coachable with strong guest service instincts
• Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including at least one weekend day and evening shifts
• Experience with lash extensions preferred but not required—we'll train you!

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Annual Earnings Potential:

  (Hourly / Commission + Tips + Bonuses)

• Paid Time Off:

  Starting after 1 year

• Retention Bonus:

  Starting at $500 at 12-month milestone

Training Investment:

$6,500 training paid by employer; repaid on a prorated basis if employment ends within the first year
