Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Permanent Makeup Artist to join our dynamic aesthetic team. In this role, you will specialize in enhancing clients' natural beauty through expertly applied permanent makeup techniques, including lip blush, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, and other aesthetic treatments. Your expertise will help clients achieve their desired look with precision, safety, and confidence. Responsibilities Perform a variety of permanent makeup procedures such as lip blush, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, and other aesthetic treatments while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals, explain procedure options, and provide personalized recommendations. Maintain strict compliance with tattooing and piercing safety regulations, infection control protocols, and sanitation procedures to ensure client safety. Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to optimize results and ensure a positive experience. Manage client records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems and document treatment details thoroughly. Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and advancements in aesthetic treatments including eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments. Promote services effectively through excellent customer service skills and professional communication to build lasting client relationships. Experience Proven experience in permanent makeup procedures such as lip blush, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, or similar aesthetic treatments. Knowledge of tattooing safety regulations, sanitation practices, infection control measures, and anatomy relevant to cosmetic tattooing. Background in cosmetology or esthetician training is highly desirable along with familiarity with color theory and skin anatomy. Experience working with EMR systems for managing medical records efficiently. Additional skills in makeup application, hair threading, body waxing, eyelash extensions, or medical esthetic treatments are a plus. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills to guide clients through their aesthetic journey confidently.
